Spring Cleaning:  A Spring Cleaning List in in the back of church. Please consider taking time to do a few jobs. After a job is completed, please sign or date the list so it doesn't get done twice. You may start any time. We hope to have this completed by June 4th.

Dates to Remember:

Tuesday, May 24th:  6:00 p.m. Last Holy Stitches gathering for the summer.

Wednesday, May 25th:  Bazaar planning meeting at the Hatchery Bar & Grill in Lowry.

They have a Chicken Dinner on Special at 6:00 p.m.

                                                    With our meeting to follow.

Tuesday, June 7th:  Rosary & Adoration after Mass

     Sunday, August 14th:  2016 Bazaar

Women's Guild:  The two Women's Guild positions are still available to volunteer for. After January 1, 2016 the Guild will be inactive until these positions are filled! We really need several women to step up and fill these positions!!

Jubilee of Mercy:  December 8, 2015 - November 20, 2016. Find more information about the Year of Mercy at www.stcdio.org with Vatican updates. Bishop Kettler has written a Pastoral Letter that can be viewed on the website also.

Prayer Book:  Please add some personal prayer intention to the Prayer Book. Take advantage of it... It's FREE and we are happy to pray for them whether you are able to attend or not.

Prayer Chain:  If you would be interested in participating in a prayer chain, please contact Marlena Hillemeier (320) 761-9515. Each member of the chain will pray in the will of God on behalf of the prayer request we receive. Requests can be a special intention or for an individual person. It is our hope that by praying for the needs of others we can spread God's love to everyone we pray for.

Holy Stitches:  Come and join the new "Holy Stitches" Group. We are starting a sewing group at church. Our mission is to have fun together and create quilts that will be donated to good causes including church raffles. We will meet in the Church Basement. Meeting times will be: 2nd Sunday of the month at 4:00 p.m. and the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. No sewing talent is necessary, as there is a job for everyone. For more information, call Sharie Kalina (320-7666637) or Judy Radil (320-760-4810) After May, the group will be taking the summer off. Please double-check for the upcoming dates!!

Home Visits:  If anyone is interested in assisting Father with home visits for our parishioners that are not able to attend Mass, please contact Amber. We are trying to set up a visiting schedule and Father could use some help with directions and possibly bringing along some baked goods for the visits.

Reconciliation:  Reconciliation is offered a half hour before Mass or by appointment. Please step into the sacristy to inform Father you are ready if using the confessional!

Eucharistic Adoration:  Come receive the graces of Eucharistic Adoration

Eucharistic Adoration is any prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament (whether in front of a closed Tabernacle or in front of the exposed host in a monstrance.

Wisdom, calmness, patience and joy are just a few of the many fruits that come from Adoration.

Come read, pray a rosary, pray spontaneously, journal or just sit quietly in the Lord's presence.

Adoration is available when the church is open - 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Sit near the Tabernacle in the front left side of the church. Even if you only have a few minutes, come adore!

Every first Tuesday of the month, join us for 9:00 a.m. Mass when an additional time of prayer and Adoration will take place. Following Mass, the Rosary will be prayed and then there is time for Eucharistic Adoration. Feel free to add your own intentions that we will pray for during this time.

"We cannot be messengers of God's consolation if we do not experience first the joy of being consoled and loved by Him... When we remain in prayerful silence in His presence, when we meet Him in the Eucharist this consoles us!"  Pope Francis
